She realized that the fashion industry not only had great potential for development but also provided opportunities to express her creativity and passion. However, giving up a good job to start a business was not an easy decision.
In 2000, she decided to quit her government job to pursue her dream of starting a business. With her fortune earned after many years of work and financial support from her family, she started building a garment company called "Mido" which was later renamed Itas Global. Starting up a business was very difficult and challenging, she had to search for raw materials and customers and face financial pressures. She had to work tirelessly, from selecting fabrics to administering production and marketing products. She also sought and recruited skilled tailors and developed a young, enthusiastic workforce. Her perseverance and determination helped her company gradually overcome difficulties and receive its first orders.
With the business motto "Quality is above all", she focused on improving product quality and building the reputation of the Itas Global brand. She always put herself in the shoes of customers to understand their needs and desires, thereby creating products that are not only beautiful but also durable and convenient.
Branding and market expansion
Seeing that it was necessary to build a reputable brand and expand the global market to develop the company sustainably, Thinh spent a lot of time researching fashion trends and the tastes and demands in foreign markets, especially demanding ones like the United States, South Korea and the European Union (EU). Besides investing in modern production technology and improving product quality to meet strict global standards, she also focuses on training employees and building a professional, friendly working environment where everyone can develop their career and make valuable contributions.

The company not only makes money for its own prosperity but also creates decent jobs and improves the lives of local workers. Itas Global always focuses on training and developing skills for employees while ensuring safe and fair working conditions.
“I always believe that when a business develops, the community must also benefit. That is why I always invest in employee welfare programs and support community development projects,” Thinh said.
