Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park was approved for investment by the Prime Minister under Decision 399/QD-TTg dated March 19, 2021; ratified the detailed construction planning by the Provincial People’s Committee under Decision 36/QD-UBND dated January 7, 2022.
