Established in 2008, VIFOCO Import-Export Joint Stock Company links, produces, processes and exports agricultural products. Throughout 15 years of construction and growth, VIFOCO has been increasingly developed and provided a variety of fresh fruits, concentrated juices and frozen fruits applied with advanced IQF, BOF freezing technology with a wide range of product specifications, diversified canned fruit and vegetable products and other foods. The company's main markets are South Korea, Russia and European countries.
The company always focuses on strictly applying a closed production process, from planting and caring to harvesting, to ensure food hygiene and safety as well as environmental protection. To improve labor productivity, VIFOCO has actively linked production with local farmers and developed many concentrated commercial farming areas such as pumpkin (in Tan Yen district), sweet corn (Tan Yen and Lang Giang), potato (Yen Dung, Luc Nam, Tan Yen and Lang Giang), lychee (Luc Ngan) and cucumber (Tan Yen and Luc Nam). On average, each year, the company purchases and processes more than 3,000 tons of potato, 2,000 tons of pumpkin, 2,000 tons of litchi and other vegetables, tubers and fruits.
Furthermore, VIFOCO invested in a modern agricultural product processing factory in Song Khe commune, Bac Giang City to supply 8,000 tons a year with diverse product categories. In the management and production process, VIFOCO applies the ISO- HACCP 9001-2015 quality management system.
Moreover, the company always focuses on developing a capable and qualified workforce, proactively building and applying development strategies and respecting the law.
In 2023, VIFOCO officially exported the first batch of fresh Bac Giang lychee to Thailand. The product will be sold at Gourmet Market supermarkets in seven major shopping centers of The Mall Group. This is the leading supermarket chain of food and household goods in Thailand.

Hopefully next year, VIFOCO will export 1,000-2,000 tons of fresh lychee to this market.
Sustainable development
To ensure the input supply source, the company signs annual consumption contracts with farmers. Besides, the company assigns its engineers to consult farmers and monitor cultivation to increase productivity and solve difficult issues.
Not only focusing on production and business, VIFOCO also actively carries out social security. All employees of the Company are always keen on social welfare regimes like ensuring a safe working environment, social insurance, health insurance and unemployment allowance. Currently, the company has created regular jobs for 20 employees with an average monthly salary of VND8-10 million and 50 seasonal workers with a stable salary.
