Minh Hung III Industrial Park, covering 292.27 ha in Minh Hung commune, Chon Thanh district, Binh Phuoc province, is invested by Binh Long Rubber Industrial Park Joint Stock Company. Further promoting itself as one of the attractive destinations in Binh Phuoc, the industrial park is currently preparing for second-phase expansion investment to meet investors’ needs.
The park is located next to National Highway 13 and National Highway 14, well-connected to Binh Duong province, Ho Chi Minh City, Central Highlands provinces and Cambodia. It was equipped with synchronous and modern infrastructure to become a model industrial park of Binh Phuoc province.
Minh Hung III Industrial Park benefits from the province's investment attraction policy and is prioritized for development by many domestic and foreign investors. To date, it signed land lease contracts with 26 projects, including 12 domestic investment projects (VND2,427 billion) and 14 foreign investment projects (US$516.94 million). The occupancy rate of commercial land is currently 97.41%.
To meet the demand from investors, on January 14, 2021, the Prime Minister signed Document 45/TTg-CN on adding the second-phase 577.53-ha construction of Minh Hung III Industrial Park to Binh Phuoc Industrial Park Development Plan to 2020.

The expanded Minh Hung III Industrial Park is located adjacent to the existing facility, covering 429.17 ha/577.53 ha (lease period: 50 years). Costing an expected investment value of VND2,500 billion, Binh Long Rubber Industrial Park Joint Stock Company planned to start construction in January 2022 and complete infrastructure construction in December 2026. It will begin to attract domestic and foreign investors in 2022.

The infrastructure construction includes ground processing, road (51-70 meters wide), rainwater drainage system, water supply system (30,000 cubic meters a day), wastewater treatment system (18,200 cubic meters a day), and green spaces.
In particular, the investor planned 21.45 ha for the construction of social housing for 20,000 people. The projects will also have public utilities such as parks, schools, clinics and essential services built at the center to ensure easy access to residents.
Besides, tenants in expanded Minh Hung III Industrial Park will be offered preferential corporate income tax and import duty among others. In addition, the investor always actively assists and guides investors to carry out legal procedures, recruit workers and introduce services to partners in the operation.
