IDTT Joint Stock Company, formerly IDICO-CONAC Thu Thua Urban and Industrial Zone Development Joint Stock Company, was established on May 9, 2018 under Business Registration Certificate 1101881684 dated May 9, 2018 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Long An province. On March 25, 2022, the company was renamed to IDTT Joint Stock Company.
IDTT is currently carrying out many projects in Long An province, including 188.88-ha Thu Thua Industrial Zone in Thu Thua town, Thu Thua district, with 130 ha of industrial land for lease. Thu Thua Industrial Zone is located in a key economic zone, an important trade gateway between Ho Chi Minh City and southwestern provinces, thus having convenient access to well-developed traffic and industrial infrastructure, various industries as well as investment incentive policies. At present, the zone is offering rentable space for secondary investors and is expected to be an ideal destination for domestic and foreign investors seeking investment opportunities in Vietnam. The project lies in the southern key economic zone and on a gateway for trade between the southern key economic zone and Mekong Delta provinces. The industrial zone is 10 km from Tan An City, 39 km from Phu My Hung Urban Area, 30 km from Bourbon Ben Luc Port and 50 km from Vietnam International Container Terminal (VICT). It has a synchronous infrastructure system, which consists of an inland port in Bo Bo Canal for tenants to conveniently transport their goods by river; a 41-meter wide main road for large trucks to travel easily; internal roads of 8-12 meters wide with lighting system and green trees; a 110/22 KV transformer station for with a power supply capacity of 26,200 KW; a clean water supply system with a daily capacity of 5,000 cubic meters; a modern wastewater treatment station with a daily capacity of 4,428 cubic meters; a good security system; and a secured communication system.
Besides, IDTT is a leading investor in Thu Thua New Urban Area with the Garden Riverside Project in the heart of Thu Thua district, Long An province. Garden Riverside, covering 26.4 ha, consists of 693 townhouses, villas and apartments, with complete traffic, economic, cultural and social facilities such as schools, commercial areas, gymnasiums, clinics, markets, restaurants and riverside parks to create a homogenous architectural complex in harmony with the landscape and the surrounding environment.
Garden Riverside, a model residential area of Thu Thua town and of Long An province as a whole, is expected to bring lots of amenities to residents and workers in local industrial zones. The project has full legal bases, including construction permit, technical infrastructure completion certificate and ownership certificate to every residential lot, granted by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Long An province.
