Exedy Vietnam Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Exedy Group of Japan, is located in Khai Quang Industrial Park, Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc province. The company produces and trades engine components, clutches and gearboxes of automobiles and motorcycles, supplying major brands such as Yamaha, Honda and Suzuki. Since its establishment in 2006, Exedy Vietnam has grown into a strong company with nearly 300 employees and contributed positively to the socioeconomic development of Vinh Phuc province.

Despite market fluctuations in recent years, Exedy Vietnam has strived to become a strong business, create a healthy, stable working environment and increase income for employees and contribute positively to the development of Vinh Phuc province. The company always complies with the law, fulfills its obligations to the State Budget, and fully pays insurance for employees. In 2022, the company generated revenue of VND638 billion, paid nearly VND20 billion to the State Budget, and created jobs for nearly 300 workers, mainly residents in Vinh Phuc province.
To make Exedy the second home of employees, the company always cares about their lives. In addition to applying all mandatory employee policies, the company also offers monthly rewards, holiday bonuses and incentivized visits to workers in difficult circumstances and organizes excursions, sporting and training activities to motivate employees. Moreover, the company always attaches great importance to social responsibility such as visiting and presenting gifts to disadvantaged people at local social protection centers and disabled children centers, supporting Khai Quang Primary School to build a green library and joining environmental sanitation at Ho Chi Minh Square and Literature Temple of Vinh Phuc province.
At an investment promotion workshop and a meeting on the 25th anniversary of the Vinh Phuc Industrial Zones Management Board, Mr. Kazuki Hayashi, General Director of Exedy Vietnam Co., Ltd, said: “We always work with a desire to become a citizen of Vinh Phuc province. To achieve this, in addition to the company’s efforts, the support of local authorities is essential. We always appreciate the support of the Vinh Phuc Industrial Zones Management Board. Since our inception, we have constantly received support and completed startup procedures quickly. Since then, whenever we have encountered any administrative matters, we have received dedicated guidance from the board. I still remember that, in 2014 when we stumbled upon corporate income tax incentives, Mr. Nguyen Cong Lap, then Director of the Vinh Phuc Industrial Zones Management Board, personally met us and discussed with tax authorities to reach a final conclusion. This is the clearest proof of the support of the board for the company. With the development of Vinh Phuc province, many new industrial parks have been opened, especially Thang Long Vinh Phuc Industrial Park, for more Japanese companies to invest in Vinh Phuc province. This is a testament to Vinh Phuc province’s right and effective investment attraction policy. We hope that leaders of Vinh Phuc province, including the industrial zone authority, will continue to enable us to further develop our business and contribute more to Vinh Phuc development,” he emphasized.
Toward sustainable development, Exedy Vietnam will continue to invest in production lines with advanced technology and modern techniques and regularly send workers to professional training courses to improve their skills in the coming time. At the same time, it will apply advanced technical measures for occupational safety and hygiene at work, reduce CO2 emissions into the environment, create a safe, clean, beautiful and eco-friendly working environment, and target the export market.
