Vietjet, on November 3, opened a new route connecting Thanh Hoa City and Ho Chi Minh City, helping to tap growing demand for travel between the north central city and the southern hub.
To celebrate the opening of this new domestic route, the airline runs a promotion from November 6-8, 2014 with 2,000 free air tickets up for grabs. The travel period for promotional tickets is November 25, 2014 to March 31, 2015.
The maiden flight will take off from Ho Chi Minh City on 25 November, 2014. The flight duration for this route is one hour and 55 minutes. The daily flight will depart Ho Chi Minh City at 9am and land in Thanh Hoa at 10.55am. On the return leg, the flight will take off at 11.30am in Thanh Hoa and arrive in Ho Chi Minh City at 1.25pm.
