TPBank Nha Trang Pursuing Identity, Aspiring to Prosperity

The presence of TPBank Nha Trang has affirmed the name of a dynamic bank and its significant contributions to economic development of Nha Trang City, one of the most famous tourist cities in the country. Just set up in 2016, TPBank Nha Trang has achieved some encouraging working results. In the past three years, the branch has obtained excellent results, with the profit before tax rising from more than VND8 billion in 2017 to more than VND28.4 billion in 2018 and more than VND44.5 billion in 2019. Especially, the domestic economy and the bank were worst affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, but the individual customer segment still generated nearly VND17 billion. At the end of 2020, the average loan reached more than VND1,246 billion; term deposits reached more than VND188 billion; non-term deposits reached more than VND64 billion; and the nonperforming loan ratio was low among joint stock commercial banks in the city.

Mr. Chau proudly added, “With a prestigious brand name, rich products, services and utilities, TPBank Nha Trang has introduced a new segment of credit, led digital banking, and worked securely and efficiently. Especially, as economic fluctuations, natural disasters and the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak adversely affected business activities of all businesses and people, TPBank Nha Trang Branch reviewed all customers having income sources affected by the pandemic. It adjusted its business development approach in favor of service quality, cross-sell by-products in order to increase fee collection to offset other targets that could not be achieved or did not meet the plan. And currently, the branch is reviewing and closely following directions from the State Bank of Vietnam to support people and businesses with appropriate structure."

With its capacity and determination to realize its goals, TPBank Nha Trang opened Nam Khanh Hoa Transaction Office in October 2020, the second of its kind in Khanh Hoa, to expand service capacity and meet the increasing needs of customers in one of the major tourist centers of the country.
