After 17 years of efforts, Phu Nong Co., Ltd has become one of the leading pesticide brands in the Mekong Delta. In 2017, the company built a modern factory at Lot MG1, Road No. 1, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park in Village 5, Duc Hoa Dong Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province. This is one of a few pesticide companies in Vietnam to set up its own laboratory.

The laboratory is accredited by the Plant Protection Department to test, analyze and evaluate the quality of pesticides nationwide. Its analysis results have the same legal value as the drug quality analysis results of import-export centers administered by the Plant Protection Department.

In addition to modern production lines and quality products, Phu Nong Co., Ltd also boldly applies Technology 4.0 to production, management and operation. From the winter-spring crop of 2021 - 2022, the company developed a goods management system, SalesPro PHUNONG. This software also creates QR codes for each unit of Phu Nong's pesticide products (bottles, packages, boxes and barrels) to look up the origin of goods as well as control counterfeits and knockoffs.

Also on the QR code platform, the company has launched many incentive programs for farmers by scanning codes to earn reward points to exchange for valuable gifts and take part in excursions with Phu Nong and become members of Phu Nong Club - PNF.

After two years of operations, PNF has attracted more than 12,000 members in 33 provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta, Southeast, Central Coast and Central Highlands regions.

To date, farmers have earned more than 30,000,000 points using QR codes and the company has paid more than VND10 billion in rewards, thus bringing more joy and helping farmers feel and understand better about the different values that Phu Nong brings.
